Human capital as a unmatched capital in the organization plays essential role in achieving organizational goals and gaining competitive advantage , it is completely clear that motivational force of human capital can also be very effective in facilitating and realization of this importance. This research aims to identify and determine the factors influencing on staff motivation, evaluates the relationship between them. The current research descriptive and applicable in the terms of type and purpose and survey in terms of methodology. For data collection, library and field methods were used. All study variables were collected by questionnaire. The population of this study includes the central office staffs of MehrEghtesad Bank in Tehran, Iran. The sample size was determined based on Morgan and Krejcie table and simple random sampling method was used. The questionnaire reliability was calculated and approved by using Cronbach's alpha test. After collecting data , the data were analyzed with LISREL software. The results showed that there is positive and significant relationship between the scheme of supporting the staff and family ,the end of service and retirement services andMehrEghtesad Bank staffs motivation
