Productivity and empowerment of human resources |
Abstract:
The productivity of manpower is to gain the maximum possible benefit from the work force, power, talent and skills of human resources to promote community which has always been taken into account by all the scholars of politics, economics and social sciences; and employee empowerment is one of the new techniques which has been used to increase productivity through enhanced commitment to the organization and vice versa. In this paper, we discuss the two concepts of productivity and empowerment, their relationship and also the history and patterns of HRM, and will explain a number of affecting factors on productivity and empowerment of employees.
