Examine the relationship between organizational learning and organizational citizenship behavior in schools perfectionism of the first period of Mashhad
Abstract:

The present study was conducted to determine the relationship between organizational learning and organizational citizenship behaviour in schools perfectionism in the first period of Mashhad. Research design was descriptive and included all high school teachers in the first term of the academic year 2013-2014 Mashhad about 3800 people. The sample in this study was determined based on Morgan sample size of 349. To collect data and information the questionnaire perfectionism Frost et al 1990, Organizational Learning Goomezh et al 2005, and organizational citizenship behaviour Podsakov et al 1990 was used. To describe data, the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient for the data analysis, t-test and ANOVA were used. Pearson correlation results indicated that there was a direct relationship between perfectionism and organizational learning (r=0.097), but this relationship was not significant p0.01, respectively. T-test results indicate that there is no significant difference between the gender with perfectionism, organizational learning and organizational citizenship behaviour of the teachers. Test results and variance analysis showed that the average organizational learning and perfectionism have a significant relationship with the qualification and work experience, but there was no significant relationship between OCB organizational citizenship behaviourand degree and work experience. The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between the mean scores for perfectionism and OCB and their age.
