The review of the level of staff’s social capital and its relationship to organizational health in Social Security Organizations of South Kerman Province |
Abstract:
The present study aims to investigate into the level of staff’s social capital and its relationship to organizational health in Social Security Organizations (SSO) of South Kerman Province. The statistical population of the present study is all the workers of the organizations in 2013. The sample of the study consisted 150 individuals of the kind. In order to collect necessary data, a questionnaire was used, the validity of which has been examined using professors’ and management expert’s opinions. Its reliability, likewise, was obtained as much as 0.85 through Cronbach’s alpha, which is an appropriate reliability. In an attempt to test the research hypotheses, one-sample t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression in stepwise manner have been utilized with the help of SPSS 19. The results of the study showed that the level of the SSO workers’ social capital remain proved high and desired and the dimensions of social capital have a positive significant effect on organizational health.
