The Role of Knowledge Absorption at Innovation of broadcasting organization in Guilan province
Abstract:

The goal of this research is considering the role of knowledge absorption at units of broadcasting organization of Guilan center. Regarding the importance of acquiring knowledge at current competitive society, knowledge absorption seem necessary and inevitable for personnel and organization usage. The capacity for knowledge absorption has been defined as the ability of a company at learning from another company and includes dimensions such as identifying, acquiring, merger, transfer and applying knowledge. On the one hand, innovation is a process in which knowledge is presented with the aim of creating new knowledge is obtained shared and conflated so that new services is delivered to the audience. Different studies have shown that the concept of knowledge absorption has close relationship with innovation and leads to the improvement of innovation in an organization. Regarding that the aim of the research which is studying the role of knowledge absorption at innovation of Guilan broadcasting center, method of the research is descriptive. Statistical society is 35 units of Guilan broadcasting organization in which research subject is considered. By using available improbable sampling method 32 units have been chosen as samples by Morgan table. Tools of data collection for assessing absorption capacity and organizational innovation is standard questionnaire that the validity for the questionnaire of knowledge absorption capacity was calculated 0.94 and for organizational innovation questionnaire was 0.95 by using Cronbach alpha obtained data was analyzed by Spss 18 software and the result of regression test showed that knowledge absorption capacity affects innovation.
