The effect of servant leadership style on employees trust in Ilam |
Abstract:
The present research has been conducted under title of '' The Impact of servant leadership style on employees trust in Ilam University of medical sciences ''. This paper is practical in its objective and field- survey in its methodology. In order to accomplishment to this aim a major hypothesis and six sub-hypotheses were formulated through which they had formed the relationship of employees trust as dependent variable component and servant leadership style component as independent variables. A standard questionnaire was designed for each section, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient of questionnaires was calculated using the Software Spss and its value was equal to 0.80. It indicated that reliability is verified. In order to analyze the data, the Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression were utilized by which the results suggested that there would be a positive and significant relationship between applying the style of servant leadership and trust of employees.(Significance level =0. 000 ) This relationship is evaluated at extremely high level. It means that the more indicators of servant leadership style increase in the studied society, the more level of employees trust will be expected.
